Also on show OpticaTM, TDSi's unique keypad incorporates a built-in proximity card reader and works by using optical components to detect the presence of a finger.
More reliable than traditional touch-type keypads, OpticaTM has no moving keys to wear out or sabotage and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
A standard version and an aesthetic, vandal-resistant stainless steel version are available.
Finally eXguard PRO, TDSi's sophisticated software will be put through its paces.
The latest release supports Network IP cameras, integration to various DVRs and third party biometric readers such as Panasonic's BMET 330 Iris Reader.
The inclusion of an OPC server interface provides a third party Data Access (DA) interface to allow the retrieval of information on doors and card holders and the control of a door's programmed state (locked, release etc).
An Alarm and Events (AE) interface can expose all events within the eXguard system to an OPC client.
In addition an Automatic Invalidation and Deletion of Unused Keys feature has been introduced to help counteract-terrorism allowing the user to specify a set period of time that un-used cards can either be suspended or deleted from the system.
