NatWest secures latest premises for TDSi

NatWest have jointly supported a £1.25m funding package for the land purchase and development of new premises for TDSi Access Control.

NatWest in Bournemouth have jointly supported a £1.25m funding package for the land purchase and development of new premises to be built for security and access company, TDSi Access Control.

TDSi has been at the forefront of the access control industry, delivering innovation, reliability and global capability to the market since 1982.

They are world leaders in access and revenue control solutions, providing complete 'environmental' control for businesses.

Combined with a strategy to develop and manufacture security products at the leading edge of technology, they are a world-wide distributor with a global reach.

Currently based at Nuffield Road in Poole, they are moving premises to Tower Park in early 2007.

NatWest have part funded the land purchase and development of new premises, alongside the management team led by John Davies, MD of TDSi.

Tim Lewis of Lewis and Co provided advice on the syndicate pension funds to agree a suitable structure for all parties involved.

Paul Stewart, NatWest in Bournemouth has been working closely with TDSi for over 12 months.

Paul has provided a finance package to support additional funding against a syndicate pension fund.

Paul and Tim Lewis jointly delivered against their objectives, which will enable the company to expand into bigger premises so they can continue to build on their local and global brand.

John Davies, Managing Director of TDSi, commented: "NatWest and Lewis and Co provided us with sound relationship management and advice throughout this transaction, for which I am grateful".
