TDSi announce release of a Triplex2 compatible version of it's popular eXguard PRO Access Control software.

TDSi has announced the release of a Triplex2 compatible version of it's popular eXguard PRO Access Control software.

eXguard PRO is a simple-to-use Access Control and Integrated Security System software package and the recent upgrade to eXguard PRO to incorporate Vista's new Triplex2 DVR means that TDSi's access control systems can be combined with Vista to improve employee monitoring.

The integrated solution provides the CCTV element of the security system with the intelligence to focus on the relevant areas.

The access control system activates the capture of images instead of running on a random hunt or Preset sequence.

This means companies can now check that the employee or visitor using the card is the correct person and confirm that just this person enters the restricted area.

This new addition to eXguard PRO's list of supported DVR's provides the intelligence to pull from the CCTV system all the recorded images of any designated employee or visitor by name.

eXguard PRO's graphical user interface and site map can act as a virtual matrix.

This allows multiple camera feeds from Triplex2 units on a network to be streamed onto the same graphical maps on a single or multiple PC network.

JPEG or Gif images can be imported to represent layout of sites, building or floor plans making it fully customisable to specific projects.

Triplex2 offers all of the existing and well proven Triplex features, but with greatly improved image quality, storage and network bandwidth utilisation.

"TDSi's eXguard PRO software and Vista Triplex DVR's are very popular with installers and users alike, so we're very pleased to announce the release of this new DVR addition to eXguard's capabilities," says Duncan Gooch, product manager for TDSi.

"By combining the capabilities of the new Triplex2 with eXguard Pro, we feel we can offer clients one of the most flexible integrated security and access control systems on the market." Please refer to the website for guidelines.
