Smith Group: Wychwood Park Case Study

The Smith Group implemented all electrical circuitry and lighting, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, data systems, CCTV and security at the PGA European-tour standard golf course, Wychwood Park.

Project Description: Surrounded by its own PGA European-tour standard golf course, Wychwood Park is a modern, purpose-designed hotel and conference centre with 108 bedrooms, meeting facilities for up to 250 delegates, indoor spa and a choice of bars and restaurants.

Project Features: The Smith Group were heavily involved throughout the entire development of the 4-star complex and were responsible for full design and implementation of all building, electrical, mechanical and engineering services.

Throughout the course of the 12-month project, the Smith Group implemented all electrical circuitry and lighting, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, data systems, CCTV and security.
