The Smith Group have assisted the hotel chain by implementing a long-term support system that, over time, will produce significant cost savings.
During the past 14 years, the Smith group have been involved closely to offer a total solution to Travel Inn, more recently know as Premier Travel Inn Following the design and installation of the electrical systems at over 100 sites across the UK, the Smith Group and Premier Travel Inn have now taken a more proactive approach to the way MandE Maintenance is outsourced
The Smith Group have assisted the hotel chain by implementing a long-term support system that, over time, will produce significant cost savings.
The scheme focuses strongly on the proactive element of maintenance and instigates regular health checks and inspection on mechanical and electrical equipment.
This will slowly diminish the need for unplanned, reactive and often expensive maintenance.
The programme encompasses over 150 sites across the UK and is planned for some considerable period into the future.
