Utranazz sole dealership for Carmix Products
Utranazz , concrete equipment specialist, is using SED 2007 to announce that it has been appointed exclusive dealership of the Carmix range of concrete mixers and dumpers in the UK and Ireland.
The main advantage it offers users is that it can hold up to 4 different types of materials at any one time, allowing for a greater variety of concrete mixes to be produced.
Furthermore, the compact and easy-to-use design of the plant ensures it can be up and working within just an hour of arrival on site.
The structure consists of 4 bins, each with a storage capacity of 4.5m3, and a specially designed conveyor belt that lifts raw materials up to a height of 4m.

4 off-loading legs enable the T4 to be loaded and unloaded from a truck without the use of a crane.
During transportation the legs retract into the frame of the machine and during off-loading they open out into a width that allows the truck to drive away or move back underneath the machine.
Also, the discharge conveyor belt folds away into the first aggregate bin, minimising the height for transportation.
Custom made, the new plant is fitted with load cells and a digital display with printer to enable constant control of raw materials.
Utranazz will also be showcasing its new Sermac model Extreme 5Z41 truck-mounted concrete pump.
It has a 41m reach, 5 section, Z-fold boom and is especially designed to meet market demands for easy manoeuvrability, with a short wheel base of just 4.8m making it ideal for use in confined spaces and hard to access areas.
The new 5Z41 has a maximum output of 170 cubic metres per hour and can discharge concrete at a vertical reach of 41m, a horizontal reach of 36.6m and a downward reach of -28.5m.
The z-fold design allows the placing boom to unfold to its full reach of 41m at an exceptionally low height of just 8m.
In addition, the 5Z41 has a long 2.2m stroke that allows large volumes of concrete to be pumped under controlled high-pressures of up to 61 bar.
Also on show on the stand will be Utranazz's Volumetric Concrete Mixer and 40 ton low-level silo.
