'The Home Improvers' grows sales 45%

TimberWindows.com registered installer County - 'The Home Improvers' has grown sales 45% in the first quarter of 2008 compared to the same quarter last year.

The company attributes its growth partly to TimberWindows.com's 'Own Label Branding', a marketing support package offered to customers.

The package includes helping customers with a new specialised showroom, setting up a new personalised website and sending out personalised direct mail.

Mike Evans, Senior Partner, comments, "We recently invested GBP45,000 in a new showroom in Tunbridge Wells, displaying TimberWindows.com products among others and the response has been fantastic.

New customers are drawn in by the quality and range, and our conversion rates are better than one in three.

Existing customers are also so happy with the products, they are returning for more.
