Titon Spices Up Life in East End
Converted Victorian spice warehouse in the capital's East End has benefited from Titon trickle ventilators being fitted to all windows to help create the ideal living environment.
To ensure satisfactory background ventilation to comply with Approved Document (Part) F of the Building Regulations, the joiners, FJ Williams Joinery, fitted Titon Trimvent 90 ventilators to all windows.
Fred Williams, Managing Director, FJ Williams Joinery, explains why: "The Trimvent 90 ventilator is available in four different lengths, so we had a good range to choose from, which was important for our range of properties" He continued: "It's also easy to use, and complements our window design perfectly." Titon also supplied Chelmer stays and fasteners, plus friction hinges to ensure the windows in the development were secure, whilst still retaining a heritage styling.
Canterbury-based Hammond Builders built the development, and Channel Property Group sold the houses.
