Chris Woodman has joined lift-door safety specialist TL Jones as Group Technical Manager.
Chris Woodman has joined lift-door safety specialist TL Jones as Group Technical Manager.
He will be responsible for all technical activity relating to research and development and emerging technologies, quality and production systems, and pre- and post-sales customer support.
Beginning his career as an electronics design engineer, Chris has experience of working in both multi-national and single-site companies.
He was most recently in charge of product development for New Zealand-based Exicom Technologies, which designs and manufactures wireless point-to-point telecommunication devices.
Chris studied Physics and Electronics at the University of Reading, specialising with an MSc in Medical Electronics.
He also gained an MBA at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, and is a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers.
