The Treadfast Fastrak Universal, Treadfast Unispeed and Treadfast Uniflow system provide excellent adhesion to a range of common flooring substrates including concrete and sand/cement screeds.

Suitable for use below a damp proof membrane, the Treadfast Unispeed repair and pre-smoothing mortar is rapid setting with exceptional bond strength and rapid strength gain.

Once the floor is prepared, single coat Treadfast Fastrak Universal surface damp proof membrane can be applied.

The product, which is fast curing, suppresses residual constructional moisture in concrete and sand/cement floors.

This new cost effective, one coat application is approved by major floor covering manufacturers and guarantees the early laying of floor coverings to concrete and sand/cement bases for moisture content up to 97% RH (99.9% theoretically).

Tremco's Treadfast Uniflow smoothing compound is self levelling to assist with trowel application and improve the final finish.
