Tremco has introduced Treadfast 5000 AT, a new high performance flooring adhesive derived from advanced polymer technology that can be used to bond a range of rubber and PVC flooring, coving and skirting.

It offers heat, chemical and water resistance and is ideal for use where solvents and hazardous chemicals are not allowed, and where heat and/or chemical resistance is required.

Treadfast 5000 AT is also suitable where immediate grab is needed, and can be used for traditional contact adhesive applications.

Additionally, it has the advantage of being ideal for use in wet environments, such as bathrooms, kitchens and showers.

Treadfast 5000 AT is solvent and isocyanate free, making it safer to use than comparable adhesives and it cures to provide a flexible, high strength bond in 36 to 48 hours.

Available in a resealable container in five litre tins, the product's one part formulation means less waste, equating to better value for money.

To ensure correct application, Tremco has published a comprehensive data sheet detailing all the information required for the successful storage, usage and method of the new Treadfast 5000 AT adhesive.
