Rapide 3 FR fleece reinforced is an ideal specification for high traffic environments like multi-storey car parks and is well able to cope with the heavy wear associated with ramps and turning spaces.
The 1100 mm wide rolls of polyester matting are set into a build up of the Rapide resin to accommodate structural movement and bridge over cracking in the concrete deck or other substrate.
The parking bays at Dublin Airport are finished in a blue colour option of Rapide while the circulation routes are defined in light grey.
As well as the resurfacing and line marking, the Wear Group also carried out repairs to the concrete structure itself and replaced all the expansion joints in the deck slabs.
