Free evening seminars on 'Innovate Green' office in Leeds which has achieved one of the best ever BREEAM scores of 87.5%.
A case study of the 'Innovate Green' office in Leeds will be presented at two free evening seminars to be held by The Concrete Centre at The Building Centre, London, on 8th May and at the CUBE, Manchester, on 20th may The case study will demonstrate how innovative construction methods were effectively implemented to meet a speculative developer's needs
The Innovate Green office provides office accommodation with the environmental credentials usually found with bespoke offices.
The whole building acts as a thermal store.
The structure achieves thermal mass, airtight construction and weatherproof envelope all as one component.
This holistic approach provides real sustainability whilst using existing and readily available construction techniques and technology.
