Toilet Hire UK will provide 5,350 portable toilets for the 230 Cancer Research UK Race for Life events taking place across the country this summer.
Paul Barton, 33, has joined the Haydock office as Events Director.
Paul will be responsible for business development within the events division of the business.
He said: "It is my responsibility, along with Events Manager Lorraine Mace, to tender for new and existing events".
"I also have to liaise with the 12 depot managers to co-ordinate events in their areas." Aaron Powell is Toilet Hire's new Facilities Manager.
His role involves managing the company's specialised fleet of Delivery, Service and Tanker vehicles.
Mike Greenough, managing director, said: "I am pleased to welcome Paul and Aaron to Toilet Hire UK.
Their appointments will enable us to maintain our position as one of the market leaders in our field." Based in Haydock, Toilet Hire UK has another 11 sites across the country enabling them to provide toilets and washing facilities for events and firms nationwide.
Last year they supplied 1300 toilets for events such as the Cancer Research Race for Life series and the Royal Lancashire Show.
Its construction clients include Carillon, AMEY and Balfour Beatty.
