Britain's low-cost trade supplier Toolstation is set to open its Southampton warehouse trade counter in March this year, on track with its expansion strategy to open hundreds of Toolstation counters around the country.

Situated on Matrix Park, Segensworth, only 1.5 miles from Junction 9 on the M27, the new warehouse trade counter is well located to serve Southampton, Portsmouth and the rest of the M27 corridor.

As with all Toolstation trade counters, it is easy to access with ample parking and will be fully stocked with all 8,500 product lines so that the tradesperson can pick up the entire Toolstation range on a daily basis.

The new Southampton trade counter follows hard on the heels of the success of the Exeter branch, opened just 12 months ago.

It is the company's fifth branch after Bridgwater, Bristol, Exeter and Yeovil.

Toolstation's head of marketing Neil Carroll commented, "Toolstation warehouse trade counters are there to service regional demand and form part of our successful multi-channel purchasing approach".

"Busy tradespeople can buy direct from our trade counters or order online or via mail order catalogue and have the products delivered to their place of business, to site or to a local branch for collection".

Opening hours for the new Southampton warehouse trade counter are Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sundays from 9am to 2pm, plus Bank holidays.
