Two New Contracts For Manchester
Regional Team
Two new contracts have been won by the new Totty Building Services regional team in Manchester.
1) The Greenfish Resource Centre in Oldham Street, Manchester This is a £492K conversion of two floors of a former department store on Oldham Street for the Ethical Property Company

The distinctive building has an art deco frontage and once the 20 week conversion is completed the 10,000 sq ft of office space will be occupied by various community type organisations.
Totty Building Services is installing a new lift in the building and creating a small cafe area with an external decked area for the office workers.
2) Barton Moss Primary School, Salford.
Totty Building Services will be carrying out an 18 week, £360K refurbishment project at Barton Moss Primary School.
The project to increase the area of one of the school's classrooms will be achieved by rationalising external recessed areas, under a new glazed roof.
Additionally, the project includes general refurbishment and updating of a number of other classrooms.
