Totty Secures £17.6 Million
Mixed-use Development
Northern-based main contractor, Totty Construction, has been handed a £17.6 million project to build a mixed-use scheme for Charles Church Developments.
Occupying a vacant plot of land on Great Hampton Street in Birmingham's jewellery quarter, the development commences on site mid-May, with a completion date scheduled for the end of June 2006 This major new development will see the construction of 202 residential apartments in a six-storey single block, and features a number of commercial units at ground level
