The contract will see Totty Building Services complete the fit out of a 30-bedroom extension and function suite at the Hall for owner's, Saxon Hotels.
The 30 double rooms with en-suite facilities will be furnished to the highest standards, with Totty also completing roofing and rendering work to the Hall's new function suites, before fitting these out to a high specification.
The completion of the work will see Totty Building Services landscape the area and complete a new guest car park and access road.

"This latest project at Mosborough Hall Hotel may, however, be the first time that Totty has been asked to avoid disrupting a client's less tangible guests!".
