Totty Building Services could be set for a paranormal encounter with the award of a GBP 500K fit out contract at the 13th century Mosborough Hall Hotel in Sheffield.
MSI has outgrown its existing premises in Leeds and has appointed Totty Building Services to fit out its new centre - a former doctor's surgery in the West-Yorkshire city.
The project will see Totty strip out the existing building to its shell and undertake a high specification refit.
Once completed, the centre will house an operating theatre, large recovery room and a number of administrative offices.
Totty Building Services will hand over the completed centre to the charity at the end of December 2005.
Philip Ryder, operations director for Totty Building Services, explained: "The health care sector continues to prove buoyant within Yorkshire and the North-West of England, and Totty is well placed to secure key schemes thanks to our impressive track record in the sector".
