ISG Totty Building secures a project from Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council to carry out fast-track refurbishment programme at Honley High School.

ISG Totty Building has secured a GBP180K project from Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council to carry out a fast-track refurbishment programme at Honley High School, in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire The project sees the contractor enlarge the school's existing ICT facilities to provide additional workstations at the well-regarded institution

The existing ICT suite will be refurbished and enlarged through rationalising fallow space within the building.

ISG Totty Building will carry out minor demolition work to create the extra classroom capacity, install new suspended ceilings and floor finishes, as well as decorate the new facilities.

The refurbishment works have been carefully phased to minimise potential disruption to staff and pupils during the 14-week contract period.

Philip Ryder, managing director of ISG Totty Building, commented: "With a well established track record of delivering high quality projects, especially within busy live environments, ISG Totty Building continues to secure an increasing share of the competitive education market".

"Our longstanding relationship with Kirklees Council emphasises our commitment to forging partnerships with leading organisations, which play a key role in delivering outstanding projects that exceed expectations.".
