ISG Totty Building is well on track to successfully deliver a GBP440K project for a high specification changing facility at Balby Carr Community Sports College in Doncaster The College has made a major investment in its sporting facilities since being designated a specialist sports college in 2003, which has also seen the recent construction of a floodlit multi-use games area (MUGA)

The high quality single-storey changing block will provide much needed extra capacity for the college and community and has been designed to blend in with the existing buildings on site.

Top specification materials will be used throughout the construction of the building, which will feature four large tiled changing rooms, with associated showering facilities.

The block also houses two individual referees changing rooms, a medical room, office and open plan refreshment area towards the building's main entrance.

The project is scheduled for completion by Easter.

Philip Ryder, managing director of ISG Totty Building, commented: "Working safely and effectively within busy live environments is essential for successful project delivery and we work closely with our clients to develop a robust programme of works tailored to their individual expectations.".
