Townsend Timber celebrate record sales

After three generations over 23 years, Townsend Timber really does have something to celebrate with 115,000 metres of fencing, 1,500 timber buildings and 3,000 tons of timber.

The timber company, which designs, builds and supplies bespoke timber buildings, fencing, doors and gates, has been serving customers throughout Dorset, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire and Hampshire for over 23 years.

Townsend Timber is run by timber specialist Simon Notley with the support of his father Bill Notley, who started the Company in 1985 and a team of 12 dedicated timber professionals.

Simon comments: "It really has been a fantastic year for Townsend and thanks must go to our skilled team for their continued hard work and commitment".

"No two jobs at Townsend are ever the same and over the last few years I have really enjoyed working with my father to expand on the successful range of services that the Company provides".

"We have already worked on some excellent projects this year including building an oak framed visitor centre and there are some very exciting growth opportunities ahead".

Townsend Timber works closely with its customers to create unique timber buildings and structures to meet their individual needs and requirements, built using sustainably sourced materials where possible.
