TPS Appoint Noell Brolly As Senior
Architect
TPS has appointed Noell Brolly as a Senior Architect.
Noell will strengthen the expanding TPS Edinburgh office where he will be responsible for the coordination of the Glencorse Barracks design team The refurbishment of Glencorse Barracks comprises of administration facilities, storage and maintenance buildings, welfare facilities and All Ranks Single Living Accommodation for a light infantry battalion, construction value, £30 million
Noell had previously worked for BDG McColl and Lewis and Hickey as a Senior Architect working on a large number of major projects including 'The Scotsman Headquarters, value £12m.
Noell brings a wide variety of skills and experience to TPS.
His main fields of experience being the design of office, commercial and retail buildings.
Noell is proud to be a member of the Architects Registration Board and the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland.
