New Framework Agreement With HM Prison

TPS Consult, the professional services division of Carillion Plc, has started work on a project to convert, extend and refurbish the Victorian swimming baths in Birmingham.
TPS is also the only design consultancy that holds framework agreements with both the Scottish Prison Service and HM Prisons Service.
TPS will provide land surveying services for new build and refurbishment projects across the entire prison estate.
The contract includes every prison in England and Wales with a particular emphasis on prisons in the North West.
The project is extendable for 10 years and covers all topographic survey work required for the Prison Service's projected annual capital expenditure of £100m plus the £100m annual maintenance budget.
