Victorian Baths To Bubble Back To Life
TPS Consult, the professional services division of Carillion Plc, has started work on a project to convert, extend and refurbish the Victorian swimming baths in Birmingham.
The project has been split into two phases.
Phase one consists of four large detached houses for general sale, all of which have been sold off-plan.
The retirement village is the second phase where work will start in September this year.
As part of the planning consent, an area of the second phase will be developed by the partnership as affordable social housing and will be handed over to a local housing association.
Working closely with SDA Architects, TPS Consult is using the latest 3D design and modelling techniques to deliver civil and structural engineering details on the development.
