Silsbury joins TPS from BAA

Garry Silsbury has joined TPS, the design and project management division of Carillion Business Services, as associate director, aviation planning.

Garry Silsbury has joined TPS, the design and project management division of Carillion Business Services, as associate director, aviation planning.

Based at the Croydon office, Garry brings a wealth of specialist aviation experience to TPS, where his responsibilities include overseeing the aviation planning team's work on airport master planning and facilities planning, both in the UK and overseas.

Garry joins from BAA plc, where he spent many years as a senior manager contributing to major projects at Heathrow Airport.

His recent projects have included the safeguarding for the Airbus A380, the new Air Traffic Control Tower, and phase two of Terminal 5.

Garry also brings a track record of airport terminal management, security and airfield operations to the role.

Prior to BAA he worked for British European Airways.

Garry is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
