Neilson joins TPS from Capita Percy

Jim Neilson has been appointed by TPS, the design and project management division of Carillion Business Services, as senior technician in the Edinburgh architecture department.
Jim Neilson has been appointed by TPS, the design and project management division of Carillion Business Services, as senior technician in the Edinburgh architecture department He joins from Capita Percy Thomas, where he was also a senior technician
Previously, he worked for Legge Associates Architects and Sir Basil Spence, Glover and Ferguson.
Jim has a wealth of experience in using CAD systems, operating three different types: Auto Cad, Microstation and GDS.
He also has a Tech RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
Since joining TPS Jim has been working on the HMP Perth Prison Regimes and Energy Centre.
