TPS Consult, the professional services division of Carillion Plc, has started work on a project to convert, extend and refurbish the Victorian swimming baths in Birmingham.
A judge for the awards commented on the high quality of the TPS submissions, and the achievement of reaching the finals in five separate categories for which there would have been between 20 and 30 individual submissions in each group.
Chris Bowes, who heads up the security group within TPS, was delighted to have the hard work of his team so publicly acknowledged, saying: "It can sometimes be challenging to promote our specialist skills in this unique market sector and this is a tremendous demonstration of our position as a leading consultant in the field".
