Get down to the waters edge with Trianco

Trianco EuroStar oil fired system boilers have been installed to supply heating and hot water at Waters Edge, a new development by Howlett Leisure Developments.

Located close to the picturesque Cambridgeshire village of Wansford, Waters Edge is a new development by Howlett Leisure Developments of luxury waterside homes with private mooring and fabulous countryside views.

Waters Edge will eventually comprise of 24 units and so far, four have been completed.

To ensure the utmost comfort within the properties, Trianco EuroStar oil fired system boilers have been installed to supply heating and hot water.

Simon Harris, of Simon Harris Plumbing and Heating, turned to Trianco when another boiler manufacturer was slow in responding to his request for information; he was particularly impressed by Trianco's guarantees and service back up.

No gas is available at Waters Edge so, with the cost of LPG prohibitive, oil was the obvious choice of fuel to heat the three and four bedroom homes.

Floorstanding Trianco EuroStar system boilers have been installed in the utility rooms and, being very quiet in operation and with white enamel casings, blend in perfectly.

Installation was particularly easy as the EuroStar comes with a circular flue, rather than the more conventional square flue, so it was simply a matter of using a core drill to make the hole, thus saving a considerable amount of making good.

The EuroStar system boiler from Trianco offers heat outputs ranging from 14.6kW to 26.3kW (50,000 - 90,000 Btu/hr) and features include low noise levels and low noxious emissions.

Offering considerable savings in space, materials and installation costs it may be used on sealed systems.

The boiler is designed to fit under standard height work surfaces and is SEDBUK rated 'C'.

It carries a two-year manufacturer's guarantee and a five-year heat exchanger guarantee.
