Contractor range meets Part L requirements

A Trianco Heating Products product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Apr 17, 2007

Trianco's new Contractor range meets all the requirements of building regulations part L in line with the April 2007 legislation.

With the two-year period of grace now lapsed, Trianco has completed the development of the Contractor range of high-efficiency, top quality condensing band B oil boilers for new and replacement installations and are one of the most efficient and economical on the market.

In oil, SEDBUK B H.E.

condensing units now include the range of Trianco Contractor Kitchen/Utility boilers with four outputs ranging from 50,000 Btu/hrs to 220,000Btu/hrs for installation in kitchens and utility rooms.

The External 50,000/90,000 and 100,000/125,000, with stove-enamelled green, textured, weatherproof casing, along with an Internal and External Combi, and Internal and External wall-mounted ranges are available at affordable prices.

With the new band B oil condensing boilers, you can be assured of an efficient output without the larger price tag that the more expensive band A models hold.

Comparatively, band B boilers are only slightly higher in price when put against the now redundant band C (England and Wales only), yet they more than make up for it by recouping the extra cost by their efficiency and lower emissions over time.

Trianco md, Peter Ferguson, comments: "Despite being a relatively small company within this industry, we listen to customers and act accordingly".

"I believe there is a turn in the domestic market where small players are being recognised for quality products and the ability to offer customers a greater level of service".

"The bigger the manufacturer does not necessarily mean the better its pricing policy or products.".
