The system will prevent water ingress damage, burst downpipes, gutter cracking and public health and safety dangers posed by ice and snow falls from the roof.
Thermon RGS Trace Heater Cable was installed along the entire length of the guttering and controlled by an ambient sensing thermostat.
T and D have Supplied and Installed a range of Thermon Frost Protection Trace Heating Systems to Sanofi Synthelabo (1,300 metres, chilled and boosted water services), Don and Law (1,400 metres, sprinkler system), Sage HQ (300 metres, chilled water) and Newcastle Freeman Hospital (250 metres, boosted cold water).
