The organisers of IMHX 2004 have announced plans for a Property Village - a dedicated area in the exhibition halls, which will host a range of exhibitors involved property provision and development.

Commenting on the plans for the Property Village, Exhibition Director Richard Hease said: "Visitors to IMHX are not only responsible for materials handling Many will also be involved in property-based decision-making concerning their distribution centres or warehouse accommodation

The Property Village will reflect this, as visitors will be able to find out about properties that are available or being constructed, current trends in warehouse design and geographic regions which will offer them the most attractive business incentives." The Property Village will feature property agents, developers and industrial property companies, regional development agencies and companies supplying temporary warehouse structures as well as distribution parks and centres.

All such exhibitors will be conveniently located together in Hall 20.

In addition to the Property Village, additional special interest areas at IMHX 2004 will be the Cleaning Village in Hall 6, which will feature the very latest in warehouse and premises cleaning equipment and supplies, and the IT Village where visitors will be able to find out about current trends in warehouse property design.
