The organisers of IWEX 2005, the water and waste water event 18-20 October at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham UK, have received over 1500 visitor registrations in the two weeks since online registration opened.
"These pre-registered visitors represent some of the UK's major industrial water users including world-renowned companies within the process industries of drink, food, pharmaceutical and chemicals.
They will join water industry buyers to see over 300 exhibitors and attend the free seminar programme, " said Sarah Williams, business development director of organisers Turret Group.
"Of these pre-registered visitors most plan to visit the event to source products and services.
For example over two fifths stated they are looking for water/wastewater treatment; 28% want to buy controls and instrumentation; 21% want to buy pipes and one fifth want to buy pumps.".
