Turret Group appoint Matthew Downs as Editor of Blinds and Shutters magazine, the market leading title covering all aspects of sunshading.

Turret Group has appointed Matthew Downs as Editor of Blinds and Shutters magazine, the market leading title covering all aspects of sunshading.

Matthew has a degree in Journalism and has worked on many Turret Group publications." I am looking forward to bringing my experience and ideas to the already well-read and well-established title," said Matthew Downs on his new role.

"Matt has strong links with the construction, windows and conservatories sectors which will be very useful in getting to grips with the sunshade industry," commented Sarah Williams, publishing director.

"We are now planning some new columns and features and I am sure he will drive the magazine forward in this, its 55th year of publication".

Matthew takes on his new role on the quarterly magazine in addition to his current roles as Deputy Editor on monthly title Window Industries and Editor on quarterly magazine Conservatory Industries.
