Business growth for Tuffin Ferraby Taylor
Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, the commercial building and property consultancy, is upgrading its offering to investors, owners and occupiers to better serve the needs of clients.
The move sees two new offices opening in the City of London and Guildford for the company that advises some of the country's biggest commercial property players, such as PRUPIM, Tesco, Aviva, The Crown Estate and ING.
Prior to the moves TFT served the south east from two London offices, with commercial teams based in Waterloo and education, health, housing and design teams located in Kingston upon Thames.
Following the move the firm will be able to deliver their full range of service lines as one unified unit from both locations utilising new technology systems and improved, state of the art working space.
The first of the moves will see the firm relocate its teams from Kingston upon Thames to a brand new office in Guildford, Surrey, on 14 June 2010.
At the same time a newly formed commercial team will join them to enable all services to be provided from the one location.
Completing the changes, TFT will be moving it's central London office from the South Bank to The City, providing them with the opportunity to occupy a better quality space in a prime location, not only surrounded by the properties that are owned by many of its property investment clients, but actually on the doorsteps of the clients themselves.
They are currently finalising terms on new offices at 2 Throgmorton Avenue, a property owned by The Carpenters' Company, of which TFT plan to be in occupation by November 2010.
Tuffin Ferraby Taylor was founded in 1973 by David Tuffin, who recently served as President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
