The Nottingham-based UK learning provider, Turnkey Learning Limited, is now going even further in its mission to make learning easier to access and deliver.

In a ground breaking move, Turnkey has announced it is now making its entire unique learning content available for organisations to use in whatever way they want This will be the first flexible learning content offer of its exact type in the UK, as far as Turnkey are aware

Since its inception in 2001 Turnkey Learning has successfully established an innovative approach to management and personal skills development, spearheaded by its flagship learning packages and Kick-start workshops.

Tim Gallimore of Turnkey Learning, said: "We will now be able to offer businesses, organisations, and individuals a unique range of over 100,000 words of management training and development content, in exactly the structure and format customers want.

This is already being seen as a major breakthrough by some major organisations, who say they have never been offered learning materials in such a flexible and accessible way before.

We're not aware of anyone else delivering learning content in exactly the same way, and therefore believe our offer to be the first of its kind in the UK." The move to put its intellectual property at the heart of its offer is a logical and responsive step for Turnkey.

Clients, impressed by the high quality of Turnkey Learning's content and design, want the flexibility to pick and mix for programmes, to cut and paste into intranets and learning management systems.

Tim Gallimore added: "We started out as a product-based business with well defined products to meet the needs of many individuals and a range of organisations.

These remain a core option for those wanting to continue to purchase off-the-shelf materials.

What we're now realising, however, is there's also a great deal of value in, and demand for, our intellectual property.

We are already seeing a number of both private and public sector organisations who are very excited about being able to choose exactly the content they need, and apply it to their own organisation or department in exactly the way they want.

Essentially the client becomes the learning product manager and we ask the question 'how do you want yours?' This further strengthens our mission to provide empowered learning to both organisations and individuals." Turnkey Learning now offers businesses and organisations four distinct options to choose their learning content from: paper learning packages; supported self-development; learning design consultancy and now, for the first time, e-products including digital content and Turnkey's new online team climate survey, TCS OnLine.
