Turner and Townsend has been appointed to provide project management and commercial management services for what may well be the biggest mixed use development ever undertaken on the island of Malta Set against the stunning backdrop of Malta's historic harbour-side capital, Valletta, the GBP320m development by Midi plc at Tignandeacute; Point and Manoel Island will include 940 apartments, 12,000 m2 of office space, a 17,000 m2 leisure and retail complex, a luxury hotel, a casino, associated infrastructure and a 350 berth marina
