With specific responsibility for growing this service across all sectors in the UK and Europe, Cedric brings over 8 years of project and fund monitoring experience to Turner and Townsend.
This expertise is soundly based on his previous 10 years experience of providing traditional cost and project management services.
The role demands knowledge of all aspects of a property development from budgets, costs, programmes, statutory approvals to consultant appointments, project and development documentation, warranties, team structures and relationships.
A few developments Cedric has monitored in the past are Moor House in the City of London, HighLight Business Towers in Munich, Xscape indoor 'real' snow ski slopes in Milton Keynes, Castleford and Braehead, Citigroup HQ in Canary Wharf, Glasgow Fort Retail Centre in Auchinlea and St George's Retreat retirement 'village' in Burgess Hill.
Bill Woolgar, Managing Director of Project Management said: "Cedric brings a wealth of experience and leadership in the area of development monitoring which is increasingly becoming a key focus for our business".
Commenting from his base in London, Cedric said: "My aim is to build upon the existing strengths of Turner and Townsend within the commercial market and develop a dedicated Development Monitoring team geared to providing lenders of development finance with a bespoke and quality service tailored to their requirements".
