Turner and Townsend has for the first time entered the Sunday Times' annual list of 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
International construction and management consultancy Turner and Townsend has for the first time entered the Sunday Times' annual list of 100 Best Companies to Work For list The survey, which is in its sixth year, had 226 companies competing for places on the main list and a selection of around 250 of our employees were asked to rate Turner and Townsend on eight key factors including leadership, wellbeing, management, workmates, happiness at work, social responsibility, the organisation and personal growth

The magazine reported: "At Turner and Townsend, people do feel they can make a valuable contribution to the success of the company (a 79% positive score) and that the job is good for personal growth (80%)".

"Staff, almost half of whom earn more than GBP35,000, can work flexible hours and team spirit is boosted by a GBP205,000 social budget_employees feel their job is secure (an 81% positive score which is the 13th highest)".
