Brunel University have appointed Turner and Townsend as Cost Manager to build 1400 new accommodation units for students.
Brunel University have appointed Turner and Townsend as Cost Manager to build 1400 new accommodation units for students As part of a 3 year framework agreement, Turner and Townsend will provide full cost management services for the University on the GBP67million commission

Turner and Townsend's role, which is managed through their Bristol office, includes full pre and post contract cost management including early cost advice and modelling as well as cost planning, value and risk management, procurement, change control and post contract commercial management.
The development will take a major step forward in March/April 2006 when contractors will be invited to tender through the OJEU process.
Sheppard Robson are architects on the scheme whilst Max Fordhams will act as Service Engineers and Adams Kara Taylor are the structural engineers.
