Since the acquisition of Roy Kirk Associates, Turner and Townsend have operated from their office in Wellington Park, however due to a number of recent high profile commissions and a doubling in staff numbers, the business decided to move to a more central location to accommodate the growing team.

George McComish, Director of the Turner and Townsend Belfast office said "After considerable investigation of various office buildings throughout the city, we decided upon the top floor of the Lesley Building near Donegall Square in the city centre".

"The increase in space gives us the opportunity for further growth, and has the added bonus of brilliant views across our beautiful city".

The move demonstrates Turner and Townsend's continued investment in Northern Ireland, a growing market since the announcement that GBP16bn has been allocated for infrastructure development over the next 10 years.

Having a locally based office offers clients the best of both worlds - local capability in Belfast supported by the specialist resources and expertise of an international consultancy.

Turner and Townsend are currently involved in PPP/PFI bids for the three major hospital projects in Northern Ireland as well as working on the redevelopment of the Maze prison.
