Turner and Townsend's rising stars have been recognised as potential future leaders of the construction industry in recognition of their achievements in the built environment Launched by the Architects' Journal, Construction News, New Civil Engineer and QS Week, the Construction's Future Leaders Awards celebrates the achievements and potential of young professionals culminating in an inaugural award ceremony held on 28 March 2008 under the four categories of Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Quantity Surveying

Turner and Townsend has two finalists in the Construction category, Alice Goleby and Garry Murphy, who both work as Project Managers.
For the Quantity Surveying category, Turner and Townsend has six finalists: Daniel Ayley, Penelope Crompton, Ilirjan Hoti, Chimwemwe Chalemera, Chris Scoffield and Thomas Wallbank.
