Westwood Security Shutters have developed a roller shutter that has 100mm clear panes manufactured from polycarbonate panels sandwiched between aluminium lathes.

Sales director Matt Sands says 'It took us considerable time and effort to come up with a product that is durable, robust and practical enough for the damp weather in the UK.

People are moving on from the old steel shutters and have come to terms with the fact that though they need to protect their businesses feel, image and appearance are paramount.

With recent developments in technology we feel we have stolen a march on our competitors in the roller shutter industry with this product.

We have even had enquires from Europe without any attempts to publicise it! You will be seeing more of these shutters on a High street near you very soon'.
