New light on energy-efficient heat-tracing
Tyco Thermal Controls Sheds New Light On Energy-Efficient Heat-Tracing Tyco Thermal Controls has produced a new 12-page colour brochure entitled 'New light on energy-efficient heat-tracing'.
Within the ski box building, temperatures are kept between -2 and -6 degC to preserve the integrity of the snow runs.
Specialist heating was required for the structural steel, perimeter drain paths and for freeze protection to cold water services.
To fulfil this requirement, Delta T supplied and installed a complete system package employing over 2km of Raychem energy-efficient, self-regulating heating cables, together with controls and distribution boards.
This is Delta T's fourth project with similar specialist requirements in this sector.
It has also installed Raychem heat-tracing systems at indoor ski centres in Milton Keynes, Castleford and Braehead.
