Awards 2008
The Pectel Group, one of the largest hazardous waste removal companies in the UK has won a coveted Construction News Specialist Award.
The award, received last week at the event organised by Construction News at the Hilton Hotel in London was presented for Specialist of the Year in the asbestos removal category In 2007, Pectel's 25 year trading anniversary, the Group took every opportunity for controlled growth and made a positive imprint on the industry

Lee Brown, Commercial Director "Pectel's 25 years history, growth, reputation and ability contributed towards the award of a GBP4.7 million asbestos removal and strip out contract for the landmark 20 Fenchurch Street building, further extended to an GBP8.2 million contract as further asbestos was located requiring controlled removal".
Mr Brown who accepted the award on behalf of The Pectel group last night said "This really was wonderful news and I would like to pass on my thanks to all the supervisors, charge hands and operatives who assisted on this difficult project".
