500 Installations For High-Comfort Unico System

Unico System International Limited has chalked up an impressive 500 installations since the UK launch of its unique central heating and cooling system last year.

In the US, where more than 200,000 systems have been fitted, many installations are still working efficiently after 30 years.

The Unico System is a mini-duct, high performance Central Heating and Central Cooling system which fits in wall, ceiling or floor cavities and delivers low energy costs combined with optimum comfort levels.

Using specially-designed, flexible tubing, the system can be installed in almost any building with the minimum of disruption and space requirements and is virtually noise-free, thanks to sound-absorbing ducting.

Comfort levels are maintained through the ability to control air precisely, with cooled or heated air, dehumidified and filtered.

Air can be recirculated or up to 100% brought in from outside.

Designed for both residential and commercial applications, Unico System has found favour with many pursuing house refurbishment projects, because of its ability to fit unobtrusively into even listed buildings whilst delivering high-comfort environments.

The system is also a favourite with architects, since it allows designers to break free from the restrictions associated with traditional central heating systems.

Unico System International will be exhibiting at the Homebuilding and Renovating Show, 12-14 September and at Clima Expo, 28-30 October.

A seminar is being given by the company at Clima Expo, entitled "An Overview of Innovative Comfort Products", primarily for specifiers and architects but open to any interested party.
