Hub of excellence for saving energy
Latest innovation from Unico Climate Control is the UniHub, a cost-effective addition to any house or small commercial building.
The home is located on Old Broadway, a premier area street where residents include brokers, footballers and media personalities.
Developer Yasmin McDonald realised that the Unico System was the ideal choice for this refurbished property because its installation makes perfect use of existing wall cavities and underfloor spaces within the older property.
The installation features the wide range of room outlets that Unico System can provide and which have been specified to match the décor of individual rooms.
Wooden floor outlets, slotted skirting outlets and conventional circular outlets no bigger than the size of a CD feature unobtrusively throughout the property.
The alternative approaches to heating the property were conventional wet radiators - which would have completely spoiled the carefully chosen interior design of each room - or underfloor heating, which would have been extremely expensive and disruptive to install.
Instead, the Unico System has proven the ideal choice.
One air handler for the first and second floor bedrooms is conveniently positioned horizontally in the attic.
Two further units for the lower floors are tucked out of the way in the basement.
So pleased is Yasmin with the installation, that she is looking to specify Unico System for her future property redevelopments too: 'The Unico System has given us the freedom to be creative with our décor and furnishings.
The look of the system is very minimal, so it doesn't hold you back. Request a free brochure from Unico Climate Control ...
The comfort levels that it can achieve are fantastic.'.
