Uninterruptible Power Supplies' PowerREPORTER service provides continuous surveillance of UPS activity, immediately delivering an alert to the company's Service Centre to trigger an appropriate, customised response to any important UPS alarm Upon receiving an alert, a service engineer from the company's UK-wide support network can interrogate UPS parameters using a laptop, and make an informed decision on the best course of action to rectify the situation
