New generation of surface and flush mounted vandal resistant modular door entry systems has been unveiled by Videx Security.
Access control stand alone finger print readers
To complement the Videx Security 4000 Series access control products, the company has now introduced the BioAccess range of stand-alone finger print reader modules.
A variety of configurations are available including digital and functional panels, with the digital versions offering easy-to-read blue backlit illuminated display and the functional offering blue back lit illuminated name plates.
The standard gunmetal grey frame of the 4000 Series panels is manufactured from one piece die cast alloy which provides substantial strength to the outdoor station.
Chrome and gold finished frames are also available.
The modules are simply attached to the frames using a strong clip system Torx pin screws are used to attach the front section to either the flush or surface back box.
Featuring front plate and push buttons in either flush or surface mounting versions, the modules have an attractive mirror, stainless steel finish or a matt aluminium finish.
The door panels are hinged to allow the installer to have both hands free when making connections and alignments.
The push buttons feature a high quality micro switch to give a tactile response when pressing the call buttons.
Videx offers a wide range of panel options for style and multi-door applications.
Alternative finishes are also available as well as a full range of additional modules including proximity access control, coded access, both mono and colour cameras and a biometric access control module will be available in the near future to allow the door panel to be customised.
Optional features such as call indication LCD display with voice annunciation are also available.
