The BioAccess finger print reader is the latest addition to Videx Security's 4000 Series modular door entry range.

This reader is a thermal swipe sensor with dry contact relay outputs and serial communication ports compatible with industry standards.

The BioAccess can store readings of either 1000 or 3000 users, with up to five fingerprints for each user, depending upon which module is specified.

Programming is simply carried out via buttons on the back of the reader or from a PC.

Both audio and visual signals are provided whilst programming.

Recognition time is less than one second and BioAccess will operate in -10 degrees c to +60 degrees c temperatures.

BioAccess finger print readers can be supplied either as stand alone units or as part of a network.

In common with all other 4000 Series modules, readers are available in either a mirror finish stainless steel or anodized aluminium.

Videx Security can also supply PC software for finger print programming and management.
